• Areflective: Areas appearing completely black, objects with no internal scattering

• Hyporeflective/Hyporeflectivity: Areas with scattering that appear dark or darker relative to another layer/structure

• Hyperreflective/Hyperreflectivity: Areas with scattering that appear bright or brighter relative to another layer/structure
